Who we are

What we collect

We collect only the information you choose to give us through the forms on this site. That includes your name, position, company details, contact details, and the commercial details of the enquiry — commodity, specification, volume, destination, delivery and payment terms. It also includes, where you choose to give them, the corporate diligence details the forms ask for: ultimate beneficial ownership or parent company, production and export licence numbers, the name and country of your issuing bank, and a sanctions declaration. Where you name an individual as a beneficial owner, you confirm you are entitled to share that with us.

We do not ask for and do not want your bank account numbers, passwords, payment card details or identity documents at enquiry stage. Please do not send them.

This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. We do not track you across other websites.

Why we use it

We use what you submit to respond to your enquiry, to identify supply or demand that matches it, and to carry out the counterparty checks that responsible trading requires. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest as a commercial intermediary, together with the steps taken at your request before entering a contract. We do not rely on consent for this, so withdrawing consent does not stop us answering an enquiry you sent us — but you can ask us to stop at any time and we will.

Who we share it with

We share the commercial details of an enquiry with potential counterparties only to the extent needed to obtain a quotation or assess a match, and we do not circulate your enquiry to open broker lists. We may share information with inspection agencies, freight providers, banks and professional advisers where a transaction requires it, and with authorities where we are legally obliged to.

Form submissions are delivered to us through Formspree, a form processing service operating in the United States. Your data may therefore be transferred outside your country of residence, including to the United States, Canada and the United Arab Emirates.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records for as long as the commercial relationship is live, and afterwards for the period required by applicable tax, customs and anti-money-laundering rules. Where we have no legal reason to retain your information and no live relationship, we delete it.

Your rights

Depending on where you are, you may have the right to ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to withdraw consent. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, the General Data Protection Regulation applies. If you are in the United Arab Emirates, the Personal Data Protection Law applies. In Canada, PIPEDA applies.

We will acknowledge within five working days and respond within the period the applicable law requires. A dedicated address will be published here once our mail is live.

Security

This site is served over HTTPS and form submissions are encrypted in transit. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes

We will update this policy as our operations and registrations develop, and the date at the top of this page will change when we do.
