This website is operated by Andara International. By using it you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

Nothing here is an offer

The commodity pages on this site are reference material. They set out the parameters a buyer should define and the terms on which each commodity is normally traded. They are not stock listings, they are not offers to sell, and they do not represent material held by us or available at any particular price.

No contract arises from anything published on this site or from submitting an enquiry through it. A binding obligation arises only under a signed contract between the principals to a transaction.

Our role

We act as an intermediary. We do not own the material, take positions in it, or deploy our own capital in transactions we introduce. We are not the seller of any commodity, and we do not give investment, legal, tax or regulatory advice.

Accuracy of reference information

Harmonized System headings, grade designations, standards references and regulatory notes on this site are given in good faith as general guidance. Tariff classification is destination-dependent and is confirmed per shipment. Standards, specifications and regulations change. You must satisfy yourself of the position that applies to your own transaction, and we accept no liability for reliance on this material.

Your enquiry

When you submit an enquiry you confirm that the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you are authorised to submit it on behalf of the company named. We treat enquiries as confidential and do not circulate them to open broker lists.

Sanctions and lawful trade

We screen counterparties against applicable sanctions and export-control regimes and will decline any transaction we believe would breach them. You must not use this site to seek material whose supply, transit or end use would be unlawful in any relevant jurisdiction.

Impersonation

We will never ask you for bank account details, passwords or payment through this website, and we do not send unsolicited offers. If you receive correspondence claiming to be from us that does either, treat it as fraudulent and tell us on +1 647 229 8805.

Intellectual property

The content, structure and design of this site belong to us. You may read it and print it for your own business use. You may not republish it or present it as your own.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any loss arising from use of, or reliance on, this website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud or for anything that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes

We may update these terms as our operations and registrations develop. The date at the top of this page will change when we do.
